Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a well-known group, they are currently looking to hire a Spa & Wellness Director (5-star luxury resort) to join them.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the entire wellness center's P&L by analyzing financial reports and business metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, revenue increase, and operational efficiency
Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling wellness packages and services
Lead by example in customer service excellence, staff professionalism, and operational standards
Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and wellness regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staffs
Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Wellness or related field
At least 10-15 years of working experience in wellness, retail, hospitality or similar industry
Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills
Strong business acumen mindset and industry knowledge - wellness practices, treatments, trends
