Spa Treatment Supervisor

You will ensure a complete guest focus within the treatment area of Yu Spa, maintaining the Apex standards in all areas giving the guest the best possible experience. You’ll be an integral part of our friendly spa team - Passionate about customer service and hospitality, you’ll make sure every spa visitor receives an outstanding experience. Your professional and friendly approach will ensure our guests enjoy memorable experiences. Your love and knowledge of our products will also help drive revenue and ensure that the spa experience continues for our guests long after their visit is over. Responsible for the supervision of the therapist team you’ll help grow, mentor & develop your team to success while supporting the wider management team.
