Job Description

Occupying the top floors of a landmark 39-floor tower, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi seamlessly blends modern high-style design with classical Japanese elements. From tasteful event venues to dynamic dining and drinking spaces, the Hotel offers a unique experience that is distinctively Four Seasons. The Hotel boasts a prime location above Otemachi Station in Tokyo's prominent financial district, right next to the Imperial Palace. The SPA is a tranquil sky-high sanctuary, complete with water features: vitality pools, mist chairs, and traditional Japanese ofuro baths.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide professional service including spa treatments that exceeds guest's experience
  • Provide right health and wellness information to guests to assist their wellbeing of life by following Four Seasons Hotel standard operational procedures

Requirements

  • High School education or Diploma or Certification in Spa or Wellness or Holistic modalities preferred
  • Preferred one to two years experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning, maintaining, and sterilizing tools and work areas
  • Monitor and adhere to the daily schedule, managing time effectively to stay on track with appointments
  • Handle inappropriate guest behavior professionally by stopping service and notifying the supervisor or manager
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management promptly
