Job Responsibility

  • Provide professional service including spa treatments that exceeds guest's experience
  • Provide right health and wellness information to guests to assist their wellbeing of life by following Four Seasons Hotel standard operational procedures
  • Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments
  • Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Assist in other areas of the department as needed
  • Utilize the logbook and Book 4 time
  • Keep your work area neat, clean and quiet at all times
  • Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel
  • Utilize each of the retail products safety and accurately
  • Provide professional treatment on spa menu for any client
  • Provide amenities involved in the Spa treatment in order to customize and personalize the Spa journey
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
  • Provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest’s expectations
  • Execute hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
  • Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned
  • Attend training and meetings as and when required
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Spa
  • Provide after care advise to guests by using retail products
  • Assist next booking of guests
  • Promote membership program when it is required

Requirements

  • High School education or Diploma or Certification in Spa or Wellness or Holistic modalities preferred
  • Preferred one to two years experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
