Job Description

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Spa Therapist. This person must have a commitment and passion and will provide a first-class service to the Four Seasons Standards, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met and will do this in a pleasant manner as an ambassador for the Four Seasons product.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform body and esthetical treatments according to established Four Seasons and specific treatment protocols and procedures
  • Ensure consistency in treatment and up to date knowledge on products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and understand the guests needs due to the one-to-one nature of the role

Requirements

  • Firm knowledge of Spa operations
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have the right to work in Malaysia
  • Qualified and experienced with proven certification
  • Previous experience within luxury Spa preferable
  • Excellent communication skills for both guest and management interaction
  • The ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests needs and desires
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task – personifying luxury guest service
  • Commitment and passion
  • Will provide a first-class service to the Four Seasons Standards

Previous experience within luxury Spa preferable
