Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Beauty and Spa, ideally with a broad skill set within a luxury environment
  • Confident in upselling and promoting retail products and spa services
  • A genuine passion for the Beauty and Spa industry
  • Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and exploring new products, spa treatments, and innovative equipment
  • Holds a current Level 3 Beauty Therapy Certificate, with up-to-date skills
  • Proven expertise relevant to the role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A vibrant personality
