Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist to join our team. We need a qualified Spa Therapist, who is passionate about the spa and beauty industry and committed to delivering the highest standard of customer care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out beauty and massage treatments for hotel and spa guests
  • Ensuring treatment area is maintained to a high standard
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Sharing product knowledge and advice
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy
  • NVQ level 2 with additional massage accreditations or a desire to complete a Level 3 in Holistic and Wellbeing Therapy
  • Good rapport with other staff and guests
  • Ability to effectively communicate on all levels
  • Passion for health and beauty
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Weekend work required

  • Monitor and adhere to the daily schedule, managing time effectively to stay on track with appointments
  • Handle inappropriate guest behavior professionally by stopping service and notifying the supervisor or manager
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management promptly
