Job Description:

In this vital role, you will perform a wide range of face and body treatments in a professional and gender-neutral manner, ensuring that every guest receives a relaxing, safe, and memorable experience that reflects the legendary Four Seasons standard of care. With warmth, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of wellness, you will help create an atmosphere of tranquility and rejuvenation for every guest who visits our Spa.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver professional, high-quality massage, facial, hammam, and body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons Spa Standards
  • Greet guests warmly, maintaining eye contact and a welcoming demeanor at all times
  • Provide detailed information about spa services, facilities, and current promotions
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure guest comfort throughout the treatment by adjusting temperature, lighting, music, and pressure as needed
  • Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating to supervisors when required
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa products, treatments, and contraindications to make personalized recommendations and upsell appropriately
  • Report any maintenance deficiencies, guest feedback, or irregularities to the Assistant Spa Manager
  • Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards consistently
  • Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate business demands and assist other areas of the Spa & Wellness Department when needed
  • Attend regular training sessions and departmental meetings to ensure continuous professional development
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star hotel or reputable spa
  • Certification from MEB (Ministry of Education) or equivalent — massage therapy, facial specialist, or minimum “Experienced Apprentice” (Kalfalık Belgesi)
  • Strong knowledge of at least three types of massage techniques, plus facial, hammam, and body treatments
  • Basic conversational English skills to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills, with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of spa safety procedures, product usage, and contraindications
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, organization, and personal grooming
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays
