Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments including massage, facials, body treatments, and beauty services
  • Provide exceptional guest care, ensuring a relaxing and professional environment
  • Maintain treatment rooms to the highest hygiene and presentation standards
  • Recommend treatments and products tailored to each guest’s needs
  • Support the Spa Manager with day-to-day spa operations
  • Work collaboratively with the spa and leisure team to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold brand and service standards in line with Radisson Blu and The iNUA Hotel Collection
  • Assist in promoting spa services, upselling treatments, and enhancing the guest journey

Requirements

  • A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy
  • Strong interest in wellness, skincare, and guest care
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional manner
  • Ability to create a calming, positive experience for guests
  • Passion for the hospitality and spa industry

Nice to have

  • Experience in spa or beauty therapy (all levels welcome—junior and senior)
  • Knowledge of luxury skincare brands and spa products
  • Experience with spa booking systems or hotel PMS
  • A desire to grow into senior therapy or spa management roles
