Job Description:

The Spa Therapist position performs a variety of treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, and will be able to read guests and customize treatments based on needs and preferences. The Spa Therapist is responsible for creating an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for all Spa guests. This position will be offered on an on-call/casual basis.

Requirements:

  • Recognised beauty therapy/massage qualification with previous experience in a 5* spa environment
  • NVQ level 2, 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC – OND or HND, VTCT, City&Guilds
  • Excellent understanding of client care and five star treatment standards
  • Genuine interest in holistic spa treatments
  • Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, solid computer skills and a hospitality spirit
  • Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Handle inappropriate guest behavior professionally by stopping service and notifying the supervisor or manager
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management promptly
