Provide professional treatments for any guest (male or female) including but not limited to massage, facial treatments and body treat. Organize and schedule all guest bookings in the absence of Spa Receptionist. This role is part of Spa department, reporting into Spa Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Provide professional treatments for any guest (male or female) including but not limited to massage, facial treatments and body treat
Organize and schedule all guest bookings in the absence of Spa Receptionist
Have a thorough understanding of every spa service including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the treatments, facials, massages
The ability to recommend further treatments to your guest to help with their concerns
Greet all guests who enter the Spa in a warm and welcoming manner using guest name when known
Requirements:
Minimum three year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or Spa related field or other equivalent experience is required
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation
Requires basic computer skills for online training
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language
Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively
Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft
