Job Responsibility

Offer personalized advice on proper skin, hair, or nail care and recommend home care regimens to maintain results
Promote and sell spa services and retail products with a balanced focus on service delivery and product sales (50/50 split)
Prepare treatment rooms and workstations with necessary products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety
Escort guests to and from treatment areas, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning, maintaining, and sterilizing tools and work areas
Monitor and adhere to the daily schedule, managing time effectively to stay on track with appointments
Handle inappropriate guest behavior professionally by stopping service and notifying the supervisor or manager
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management promptly
