Job Responsibility:

  • Establish good rapport with guests while maintaining appropriate guest-employee relationships
  • Prepare treatment areas according to specifications at the end of each treatment
  • Know the benefits, indications and contraindications of all spa services, professional and retail products
  • Commit to follow strictly Four Seasons Spa code of Ethics, Conflict of interest and Client privacy policies
  • Comply with Four Seasons standard culture and operational criteria and provides retail prescription cards

Requirements:

  • Previous at least 5 years’ experience within the same role in a 5* luxury Hotel
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Licensed massage therapist
  • Certified Therapist

Nice to have:

holistic health practitioner is a plus
