Job Description:

The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Perth offers a holistic wellness experience with an emphasis on relaxation and reflection. The spa includes four treatment rooms, couple’s spa suite, heated vitality pools, saunas, and wellness lounges. It collaborates with national and international skincare brands for bespoke treatments and retail collections. The role involves delivering luxury spa treatments, high customer care, meeting retail targets, and exemplifying the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton.

Job Responsibility:

Perform a variety of luxury spa treatments including massage therapy, facial treatments, body scrub/wrap experiences, manicures & pedicures
High level of customer care
Thorough understanding of spa menu to perform all treatments to highest standards and ability to offer guests different treatments and homecare to suit their goals
Ability to reach weekly and monthly retail targets to obtain incentives as set by Spa Manager

Requirements:

Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
Minimum 1 year industry experience
Excellent time management skills
Desire to work in a team as well as autonomously
Experience with Biologique Recherche or LaGaia Unedited (desirable)
National Police Clearance

Nice to have:

Experience with Biologique Recherche or LaGaia Unedited
