Reporting to the Spa Manager and the Spa Head Therapist, you are responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized spa treatments designed to promote deep relaxation, wellbeing, and emotional balance. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a transformative and restorative spa journey by tailoring treatments, offering expert product recommendations, and maintaining the impeccable standards of comfort, serenity, and luxury that characterize our Spa. You will guide guests through our Spa Treatment Menu, provide thoughtful and customized suggestions for therapies and home-care rituals, respond to a wide range of guest requests with professionalism and warmth, and ensure that all treatment rooms are perfectly prepared, sanitized, and stocked before and after each service. Your role is fundamental to creating memorable wellness experiences rooted in care, authenticity, and excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a wide range of spa and wellness treatments in accordance with Four Seasons protocols, ensuring each experience is performed with precision, warmth, and deep attention to guest comfort
Welcome guests with a calm, nurturing presence and guide them through treatment options, tailoring recommendations based on individual needs and preferences
Describe the Spa Treatment Menu with confidence, offering expert advice on treatments, holistic practices, and home‑care products to enhance post‑treatment wellbeing
Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and full sanitization of all treatment rooms before and after each guest, following internal hygiene standards and wellness best practices
Maintain treatment room inventories, including linens, tools, products, and equipment, ensuring a seamless operational flow
Respond promptly and sensitively to guest requests, concerns, and wellbeing needs, adapting treatments as required to deliver a personalized experience
Actively contribute to a serene and luxurious spa environment, ensuring that all interactions reflect genuine care and exceptional guest service
Support Spa leadership in monitoring product usage, stock rotations, and treatment quality
Uphold the Four Seasons philosophy of intuitive service, cultivating moments of peace, connection, and profound relaxation
Requirements:
Proven technical expertise across a wide range of spa treatments and modalities
Prior Spa Therapist experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment, with solid understanding of spa, wellness, and holistic treatment modalities
Valid Italian qualifications, such as Diploma di Estetica or Diploma di Massofisioterapia, or an internationally recognized Spa Therapist certification
Strong technical knowledge of massage therapies, body treatments, facial techniques, aromatherapy, and wellness rituals
A calm, compassionate, and professional presence, with the ability to make guests feel safe, welcomed, and deeply cared for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the natural ability to build trust and rapport
A passion for excellence and for creating meaningful, restorative experiences for guests
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask gracefully in a serene, high‑end spa environment
Ability to collaborate harmoniously with a team and contribute to a nurturing, supportive spa culture
Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
