Job Responsibility:
Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room
Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness
Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered
Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities
Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish are required
Read the guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Report any complaints to the management team
Upsell Spa products considering guests’ needs and departments sales targets
Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience within a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort
This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position
Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols
Proper license and qualifications are required
Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, teamwork attitude, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
