Schedule & Hours: 40 working hours per week. 10 days off every month except February (9 days).

Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments
Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Assist in other areas of the department as needed
Maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule
Utilize the logbook and Book 4 time
Keep your work area neat, clean and quiet at all times
Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel
Utilize each of the retail products safety and accurately
Provide professional treatment on spa menu for any client
Provide amenities involved in the Spa treatment in order to customize and personalize the Spa journey
Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
Provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest’s expectations
Ensure the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety are executed
Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs
Attend training and meetings as and when required
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Spa
Provide after care advise to guests by using retail products
Assist next booking of guests
Promote membership program when it is required
Requirements
High School education or Diploma or Certification in Spa or Wellness or Holistic modalities preferred
Preferred one to two years experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
