At the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick, we offer guests a tranquil retreat just minutes from Limerick city centre amidst 20 acres of beautiful parkland on the Wild Atlantic Way. Our on-site Elemis-inspired spa is a cornerstone of guest relaxation, offering a wide range of luxurious treatments and wellness experiences — from massages and facials to full body rituals — complemented by thermal suites, an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. We are proud to deliver world-class hospitality and wellness experiences and are now seeking passionate Spa Therapist(s) to join our award-winning team. As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments and personalised experiences that make every guest feel pampered and well cared for. You’ll work with premium products and collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold our high standards of service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver a full range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty therapies in a professional, safe and relaxing manner
  • Provide personalised consultations to clients, recommending appropriate treatments and aftercare
  • Maintain the cleanliness and set-up of treatment rooms to Radisson Blu and spa brand standards
  • Greet and assist guests with bookings, enquiries and product recommendations with warmth and professionalism
  • Uphold health & safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Promote spa facilities — including the thermal suite, pool access and signature packages — to enhance guest experience and revenue

Requirements:

  • Qualified Spa Therapist / Beauty Therapist with relevant certifications
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for wellbeing, comfort, and helping guests feel their best
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Commitment to upholding brand and service standards
