Job Description:

The Spa Therapist position at Udaipur Marriott Hotel involves providing spa treatments and amenities, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the spa area, and ensuring exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel setting. Collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Job Responsibility:

Provide general spa orientation to guests
offer guests amenities such as water or juice
answer questions about property information and amenities
escort guests to and from treatment rooms
check computer for updates to schedule
maintain cleanliness of workstation, treatment rooms, spa locker room, and lounge areas
dispose of trash and dirty linens
stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
complete safety training and certifications
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
protect company assets
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
speak with others using professional language
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
