Spa Therapist

• Deliver a range of spa treatments in line with brand standards and treatment protocols
• Carry out professional guest consultations, identifying needs, preferences, and contraindications
• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety at all times
• Create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment throughout the guest journey
• Promote and sell spa treatments, retail products, and packages to support revenue targets
• Ensure correct use, care, and storage of products and equipment
• Support daily spa operations including treatment room preparation, stock control, and opening/closing duties
• Work collaboratively with spa and hotel teams to deliver consistent service standards
• Handle guest feedback professionally and take appropriate action to resolve issues

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Spa Therapist or equivalent
• Must hold formal qualifications in wellness, beauty therapy or massage therapy
• Strong communication skills in English is required
• Well-groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Positive and energetic personality
