Spa Therapist experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment
knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities
Italian qualification (Diploma di Estetica or Diploma di Massofisioterapia) or an international Spa Therapist qualification
possess the legal right to work in Italy
fluency in English and Italian

Job Responsibility

Providing spa treatments to guests of the Spa
ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation
describing our Spa Treatment Menu and making recommendations to our guests for treatments and home care products
ensuring treatment rooms are well-stocked and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after treatments
responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence
