Job Description:

Welcome and service guests in a professional and friendly manner. Perform massage and body treatment services offered by The Spa at CCCR.

Job Responsibility:

Perform massage and body treatment services
Have full knowledge of all body care retail products
Handle questions related to human anatomy
Perform massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Chair Massage
Cross-sell spa services
Create and maintain a professional, friendly, and elegant spa environment
Ensure professional, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of The Spa
Clean and sanitize work station after each guest
Attend all product knowledge and motivational training programs, meetings, and work-related events
Perform other work-related duties assigned by management
Promote and cross-sell non-massage and body treatment related spa services
Promote body care retail products with explanations of features and benefits
Initiate and participate in self-promotional activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 500 hours as a massage therapist
Valid CMT (Certified Massage Therapist) certificate issued by an official and legal institution
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence
Ability to effectively present information
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License
Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, smell, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
Must be able to work all shift hours
