Supervise day-to-day spa operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth guest flow, timely treatment delivery and therapist readiness
Ensure consistent delivery of treatment standards and a high-quality guest experience
Monitor guest feedback, handle enquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally, escalate and report recurring issues to Spa Management
Supervise spa therapists and Spa Concierge during daily operations, providing on-the-spot guidance, support and service corrections
act as shift-in-charge in the absence of Spa Management
Assist with daily stock usage tracking, linen control and proper handling of spa products
Support achievement of daily sales targets through active supervision and coaching, encourage upselling of treatments, packages and retail products
Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Wellness, Business Management or related field
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Minimum of 3 years' experience in spa or wellness operations
Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor is an advantage
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Practical knowledge of spa treatments and service flow
Organized, detail-oriented and reliable
Applicants must hold a Macau ID due to work permit restriction
