Job Description:

Spa Supervisor position at Nekajui a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, responsible for overseeing spa operations, advising employees, confirming guest treatments, maintaining schedules, promoting services, ensuring quality standards, and assisting with team management while delivering luxury hospitality service.

Job Responsibility:

Advise employees on general property information and policy changes
Answer questions about available services and amenities
Confirm guest information and treatment schedules
Monitor and maintain time schedules
Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products
Complete requisitions for products and supplies
Inspect work areas and equipment
Notify Engineering of maintenance needs
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
Maintain professional communication
Develop positive working relationships
Ensure quality standards adherence
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Handle objects up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
