As a Spa Treatment Supervisor, you will ensure a complete guest focus within the treatment area of Yu Spa, maintaining the Apex standards in all areas giving the guest the best possible experience. You’ll be an integral part of our friendly spa team - Passionate about customer service and hospitality, you’ll make sure every spa visitor receives an outstanding experience. Your professional and friendly approach will ensure our guests enjoy memorable experiences. Your love and knowledge of our products will also help drive revenue and ensure that the spa experience continues for our guests long after their visit is over. Responsible for the supervision of the therapist team you’ll help grow, mentor & develop your team to success while supporting the wider management team. Job Responsibility:
Coach, develop and motivate all team members to be the very best they can, ensuring all deliver the Warmer Welcome of Apex with our key family values of Trust, Friendliness, Teamwork and Passion
Ensure that all customers are provided with high quality treatments whilst taking pride in your delivery of treatments
Deliver exceptional guest service in all areas of the department
Monitor and maintain clear standards in service delivery, cleanliness, guest interaction and set up of areas
Assist in delivering ongoing training to the spa therapist team, support ongoing training that will keep the treatment side at the forefront of the beauty industry
Contribute to a strong team environment which promotes good employee morale and ensures a high level of commitment and pride in the department and hotel, whilst promoting a professional, helpful image to all guests
Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Employment laws
Maximise revenue generation in the Spa through targeted upselling across the whole team, lead incentive schemes for therapist, motivating team members to hit targets
Ensure that all equipment and fittings within the treatment areas are maintained to a high level, through thorough cleanliness and effectively reporting issues and ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements:
Holds a HNC or HND qualification or has equivalent beauty qualifications
Is experienced working in a Spa or wellness setting is essential
Can deliver excellent standards with a passion for our luxury spa products
Uses initiative along with listening skills
Is self-aware and able to evaluate your own work
Has a customer service and can-do attitude
Holds a genuine desire to provide a Warmer Welcome to our guests
