Job Description:

The Spa Specialist is responsible for delivering a memorable spa experience through promoting services, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Requires physical mobility, professional communication, and adherence to company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Promoting spa services or retail
scheduling reservations and confirming appointments
providing answers about services
checking in guests
processing payments
creating a safe workplace
following company policies
upholding quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
able to stand, sit, walk for extended times
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance
ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop
professional appearance and communication
knowledge of reservation software

Nice to have:

Massage therapy experience
luxury hotel experience
teamwork approach in a spa
guest service satisfaction methods
