Job Description:

As a Spa Skincare Specialist you will provide personalized skincare treatments and expert product recommendations while ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional, results-driven experience. You will be promoting the sales of Elemis treatments, products and to develop and grow the retail sales of the Elemis brand using both internal and external promotional activity on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the Company standards are maintained at all times to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty and customer enthusiasm is maintained at all times.

Job Responsibility:

  • Client Consultations: Conduct HD skin consultations to identify client needs, concerns, and goals
  • Treatment Delivery: Perform a variety of professional skincare treatments, advanced skincare services in accordance with spa protocols and standards
  • Product Expertise: Recommend appropriate retail products and treatment plans tailored to individual skin types and conditions to support home-care routines
  • Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a warm, professional, and attentive approach, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort throughout each visit
  • Give prescriptive and rebooking advice in services, packages, and products
  • To drive sales of Elemis products and treatments
  • To create activity to stimulate interest from clients in the Elemis brand

Requirements:

  • Beauty Therapy qualification Level 3
  • GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Retail experience within the same industry
  • Practical work experience in conducting treatments
  • Elemis treatment and product knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy
