Job Description:

Spa Specialists play an important role in support of vital Spa functions, working to build memorable and unique experiences with spa services. They take initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience, from promoting services to processing payments.

Job Responsibility:

Building memorable and unique spa experiences
Promoting spa services and retail
Scheduling reservations and confirming appointments
Providing answers about services
Checking in guests
Processing payments
Managing reservation software
Delivering The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to read and visually verify information
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
