Spa/Salon Supervisor

• Welcome and orient guests to the Spa/Salon
• book spa/salon services and fitness classes
• check guests in and out of the Spa/Salon
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Spa/Salon Front Desk, Spa/Salon Desk Coordinators and the Spa/Salon Attendants
• Display professionalism and attention to detail to serve as an example and leader to the Spa/Salon Coordinators and the Spa/Salon Attendants
• Comply with and act as an example of all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

• Past experience within the Spa/Beauty industry, or requires one year of spa/salon employment within the Four Seasons
• Previous Supervisory experience in a related field preferred
• Requires a working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, B4Time)
• Oral and written proficiency in the English language
• Superior communications skills
• A superior sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment and patience
• Also able to coach and work well with all staff members
• Maui Liquor Card

Previous Supervisory experience in a related field preferred
