Requirements

Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role, luxury retail experience preferred
Passion for ski culture, luxury retail clothing and customer service
Strong guest service experience and the ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment, POS system and Microsoft applications
Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs
Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States

Job Responsibility

Minor accounting may be needed, such as inputting invoices and receipts in our accounting software
Marketing skills helpful to bolster our social media presence
Understanding of pool and spa chemistry is required, but can be trained
