Job Description:

This role is responsible for the customer experience at the Four Seasons retail store and will also work in the Spa. Ensuring our guests have a smooth shopping and checkout experience. This role will assist the Store Manager to ensure all store areas are well maintained and the guest experience is at the expected level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help customers select products that suit their preferences
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and brand lifestyle culture
  • Provide detailed information about the products to customers
  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Regularly check stock levels and communicate with the team regarding replenishment needs
  • Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts
  • Assist in stock receiving and inventory control
  • Ensure that stock is stored correctly and that products are rotated
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Uphold the values and standards of the Four Seasons brand in every interaction with customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role, luxury retail experience preferred
  • Passion for ski culture, luxury retail clothing and customer service
  • Strong guest service experience and the ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment, POS system and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs
  • Fluency in English is required for this location
  • This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States
