Job Description

This role is responsible for the customer experience at the Four Seasons retail store and will also work in the Spa. Ensuring our guests have a smooth shopping and checkout experience. This role will assist the Store Manager to ensure all store areas are well maintained and the guest experience is at the expected level. Must have weekday availability.

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Service - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers select products that suit their preferences
  • Product Knowledge - Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and brand lifestyle culture. Provide detailed information about the products to customers, answering any questions regarding products or equipment
  • Sales - Actively contribute to achieving sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Store Presentation - Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. Regularly check stock levels and communicate with the team regarding replenishment needs
  • Cash Handling - Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts
  • Stock Management - Assist in stock receiving and inventory control. Ensure that stock is stored correctly and that products are rotated
  • Customer Relations - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they leave the store satisfied and likely to return
  • Brand Representation - Uphold the values and standards of the Four Seasons brand in every interaction with customers. Ensure that all communication, appearance, and actions reflect the luxury and elegance of the brand

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role, luxury retail experience preferred
  • Passion for ski culture, luxury retail clothing and customer service
  • Strong guest service experience and the ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment, POS system and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs
  • Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States
