Job Responsibility

Welcome and consult with guests about services, amenities, and spa facilities
Set and coordinate appointments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guest preferences
Provide recommendations and assist with retail sales tailored to guest needs
Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable experience
Handle telephone and email inquiries according to Four Seasons' service standards
Manage spa booking systems, ensuring reservations are accurate and optimized for productivity
Maintain communication logs and update staff on changes to bookings or tasks
Assist therapists and attendants with operational needs, ensuring smooth service delivery
Monitor guest areas (locker rooms, fitness areas, relaxation rooms) hourly, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
Process payments, gratuities, and service vouchers accurately
