Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the reservations system by scheduling services for clients and large groups using spa reservation systems
  • Confirm/Amend upcoming scheduled treatments
  • Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day, inform providers of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with supervisor/manager
  • Check in guests for appointments, provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival
  • Be highly knowledgeable about all products and treatments offered
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Spa
  • Work well as a team with your fellow therapists and the wider hotel team to ensure our guests receive slick service throughout their stay
