As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring smooth spa reservations, check-ins, and service flow.
Job Responsibility:
Greet guests and assist with reservations, check-in, and check-out
Manage spa schedules and coordinate therapist appointments
Promote spa treatments, memberships, and retail products
Handle guest inquiries and payments efficiently
Maintain a calm, professional, and inviting front desk atmosphere
Requirements:
Previous front desk or customer service experience (spa/hospitality preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
Strong guest service and multitasking abilities
