Job Description:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer Seasonal Spa Receptionist. Job Responsibility:

Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the Spa and fitness center
Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests
Sell retail items and products, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction
Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions
Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing

Requirements:

Prior Spa or fitness center experience
Prior reception or customer service experience
Strong command of the English language
Excellent commitment to service and team work
Valid work authorization in Canada
