The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered, as well as pricing, and scheduling. Responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain exceptional proficiency in Spa Receptionist responsibilities which will include answering phones, booking appointments, confirmation calls, guest arrival, guest departure, point of sale and the completion of all shift reports
Provide information and assistance to hotel/spa guests as requested, conduct facility orientations, knowledge of services, products and hours of operation
Assist with locker room cleanliness as well as fitness room cleanliness during high business levels or during the absence of the Spa/Gym Attendant
Generate Birchstreet requisitions for departmental supplies, fruit and the completion of bed & linen sales
Requirements:
One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
