Job Responsibility:
Responsible for booking treatments, checking in guests, and ensuring that the guests' spa experience is flawless.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Answer phones, emails, and chats in timely manner in adherence to Four Seasons standards.
Provide recommendations and customized experiences for each guest.
Show comprehensive knowledge about products, services and treatments. Including the ability to give consultations for appropriate treatments then coordinate booking of services.
Accommodate special requests whenever possible
resolve customer complaints
assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa and Fitness services.
Ensure adequate supply of all guest supplies, retail items, refreshments and amenities throughout the Spa and Fitness areas
communicate complaints as well as perform necessary follow-up and recovery to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
Ability to accurately complete transactions, handle cash and cash banks
Keep work area neat, clean, and quiet at all times.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb
Ability to stand for 8 hours
Applicable knowledge of our hotel interface software programs.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
