Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for booking treatments, checking in guests, and ensuring that the guests' spa experience is flawless.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Answer phones, emails, and chats in timely manner in adherence to Four Seasons standards.
  • Provide recommendations and customized experiences for each guest.
  • Show comprehensive knowledge about products, services and treatments. Including the ability to give consultations for appropriate treatments then coordinate booking of services.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible
  • resolve customer complaints
  • assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa and Fitness services.
  • Ensure adequate supply of all guest supplies, retail items, refreshments and amenities throughout the Spa and Fitness areas
  • communicate complaints as well as perform necessary follow-up and recovery to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Ability to accurately complete transactions, handle cash and cash banks
  • Keep work area neat, clean, and quiet at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Applicable knowledge of our hotel interface software programs.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
