Welcomes and greets all Spa guests that comes to the Spa by effective usage of GOLDEN with recognition and guest name, assists them with Spa/Salon bookings and Services. Responsible for checking in appointments and checks guest out of the Spa preparing and explaining the bill. Promotes Spa and Salon retail, responds to a wide variety of guest Spa requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests by adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
Job Responsibility:
Welcomes and greets all Spa guests
Assists with Spa/Salon bookings and Services
Responsible for checking in appointments and checks guest out of the Spa preparing and explaining the bill
Promotes Spa and Salon retail
Responds to a wide variety of guest Spa requests
Coordinates and performs Spa guest arrival, departure and cashiering tasks
Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills
Intuitively recommends and effectively up sells Treatments, Membership, Salon Services and Retail Products
Keeping a track of Guest/Residence/Members and outside guests Preference Database
Provides individual assistance and accurate information
Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests
Handles unexpected situations and emergencies
Performs any other tasks or projects as assigned
Assists other employees to ensure proper coverage
Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards
Actively participates in briefings and meetings
Maintains a clean and orderly work area
Is competent in the use of the property management system
Ensures the work area is ready for service
Has a thorough understanding of every Salon/spa treatments including benefits, indications & contraindications
Operates the Spa software system for spa reservations
Reads and updates the daily log and communicates relevant information
Produces all Spa/Salon reports as required
Process all charges, balance, scan and drop receipts with accounting
Strictly complies with hotel's cash handling policies
Sets up and handles gift certificates
Maintains & updates the monthly reports related to business
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels or resorts - preferably in Spa
Knowledge of computers, cashiering, Retails will be added advantage
