If so, we want you to join our team at The Muckross Park Hotel & Spa. We are currently looking for a dedicated Spa Receptionist to be the friendly face and welcoming voice of our spa facility. As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they step through the door.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage spa reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide information about spa services, promotions, and packages
  • Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Handle payments and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the reception area
  • Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and booking software
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
