Job Responsibility:
Greet guest and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about spa services and products, able to upsell treatments and retail products accordingly
Take and manage bookings from various channels i.e., phone calls, walk-ins, and digital communication as well as process payments and handle cash transactions
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers to ensure the smooth operation at all time and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Accommodate special requests whenever possible and assisting guests in all inquiries in connection with spa or resort services
Monitor and manage inventory of spa supplies and retails
Responsible for the administration, document file, and guest-required information
Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Must have existing work authorization to work in the country of Thailand
Proficient in English communication
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
