Job Description:

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Spa Receptionist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Hawanawana Spa invites you to join our team as a Spa Receptionist, where your passion for wellness and exceptional service will contribute to creating a serene, luxurious experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule and confirm spa appointments
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Respond to guest inquiries both in person and via phone or email
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of spa treatments, products, and amenities
  • Collaborate with therapists and other team members
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and tranquility of the spa reception area
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest care

Requirements:

  • Legal work authorization in United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
  • Weekend and Holiday availability required
  • Prior experience in a spa or hospitality environment is preferred
