The Spa Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests and managing all aspects of their spa journey—from arranging appointments to coordinating arrivals and departures. This role ensures a smooth, welcoming, and relaxing environment, maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism in every interaction.
Job Responsibility:
Warmly greet all guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout their spa visit
Schedule and confirm spa appointments, ensuring accurate and timely coordination
Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes in a courteous and efficient manner
Respond to guest inquiries both in person and via phone or email with professionalism and care
Maintain detailed knowledge of spa treatments, products, and amenities
Collaborate with therapists and other team members to support seamless service delivery
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and tranquility of the spa reception area
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest care
Requirements:
Legal work authorization in United States
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Ability to push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Prior experience in a spa or hospitality environment is preferred
