Be the driving force behind our guests journey in our award winning spas. Our Spa Operations Team Leaders are the driving force behind our guest journey, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and that both our team and guests feel supported and cared for. This is a leadership role focused on smooth operations, outstanding standards, and enhancing guest experiences across both hotel sites. You will be a mentor and operational lead for our Spa Hosts, ensuring the spa facilities are maintained to the highest level, the team feels supported, and that our ethos of holistic and sustainable hospitality shines through every detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support, nurture, and inspire our spa hosts and therapists to deliver 5-star guest experiences
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of spa facilities, including pools, thermal rooms, hot tubs, hammam, and treatment spaces
  • Ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure, anticipating and resolving challenges before they arise
  • Lead by example, upholding standards and fostering a culture of care, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Coordinate with the wider hotel teams to align spa operations with overall guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain operational systems, safety standards, and sustainability practices
  • Support in team scheduling, communication, and daily briefings to ensure smooth running of the department
