An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Spa Therapist to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a highly experienced, polished, and passionate Spa Therapist to join our prestigious Red Ochre Spa team. This role is perfectly suited to a therapist who thrives in a luxury five-star spa environment and consistently delivers elevated, memorable experiences to discerning guests. Job Responsibility:

Deliver a broad range of premium treatments including relaxation and hot stone massage, spa cocoons, body exfoliations, signature spa rituals, organic facial treatments, Indian head massage, manicures and pedicures, waxing and tinting
Create deeply personalized, over-and-above wellness experiences
Anticipate guest needs and elevate every treatment into a ritual
Deliver personalised wellness journeys that make each spa treatment a unique and holistic experience

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience within a five-star spa or resort
Advanced technical skills
Intuitive, guest-focused approach
Strong understanding of professional spa standards, protocols, and hygiene practices
Confidence using booking and scheduling software (basic system knowledge required)
Genuine commitment to long-term employment
A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process
