Lead the operational and financial direction of AVA Spa, ensuring flawless guest experiences and the highest standards of service. Oversee spa performance, guide a diverse team, and collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the spa’s offerings, marketing presence, and overall success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee all Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas
Lead, mentor, and develop the spa team, including receptionists, therapists, attendants, and freelancers
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and treatment quality monitoring
Collaborate with Engineering and Housekeeping to uphold safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party providers
Oversee departmental financial performance, including budgeting, tenders, inventories, and pricing strategy
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury spa environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and people-development skills
Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strategic mindset with the ability to innovate, integrate, and elevate spa offerings
Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
