Job Description:

Position has responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, achieving operating budgets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role supports spa operations, manages budgets, maintains cleanliness, and oversees training and development of spa employees.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services
managing supplies and equipment inventories within budget
ensuring guest and employee satisfaction
reviewing employee satisfaction results to address problems or concerns
observing service behaviors of employees and providing feedback
ensuring employees receive appropriate new hire training
assisting Spa Director in managing day-to-day operations of the spa

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area
