Our beautiful Tierra Luna Spa has a talented team delivering calming and unique experiences to our guests with cutting edge products and offerings inspired by the local culture and surroundings. The spa has 12 treatment rooms (indoor and outdoor), indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces, a cafe, contrast bathing (a hot tub and cold plunge pool), and one of the only freestanding outdoor Halotherapy rooms where guests can boost their immunity and cleanse their respiratory system.
Job Responsibility:
Provide courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival through check out
Greet guests, orientate them through the spa facility, and provide personalized service
Maintain the quality of service and overall appearance of locker areas, lounge area and restrooms. Keep all areas of the locker room restrooms and lounge neat, clean and stocked with all amenities
Ensure proper cleanliness of locker room, lounge, steam room, prep room and restrooms
Ensure stocking of water and other beverages and set up and break down of beverage and fruit station
Stock lockers with robes and slippers
Responsible for all laundry such as towels, linens, robes, distribute locker keys, sandals, robes, etc. in accordance to Spa Policies
Requirements:
Prior spa or hospitality experience in an upscale environment
At least one (1) year customer service experience in spa or guest facing role
Luxury hotel / resort experience
CPR Certified. preferred
Food Handler Card, preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think and respond quickly to issues or guest needs
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Highly motivated
Detail oriented
Good interpersonal, organizational and professional skills
