The main purpose of the job is to support the daily operations of the Spa by assisting in the coordination of guest experiences and administrative activities. The Spa Intern will work closely with the Spa team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, contributing to the overall guest journey and service excellence. This position is designed to support Spa operations, enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to revenue generation through effective coordination and up-selling of Spa services and products.
Job Responsibility:
Support the daily operations of the Spa by assisting in the coordination of guest experiences and administrative activities
Collaborate with the Spa team and other departments to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments, proper handling of guest requests, and alignment with hotel services
Assist in managing bookings, maintaining accurate guest records, and supporting retail operations within the Spa
Support daily administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory coordination, and general organization of the Spa environment
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent Italian and English communication skills (verbal and written)
A genuine interest in wellness, hospitality, and guest experience
