Job Description

Be the friendly face and calming presence that shapes every guest’s spa journey. This role blends reception duties, guest support, coordination with therapists, and maintaining serene spa spaces – all set within the stunning clifftops of North Cornwall at the Bedruthan and Scarlet Hotels. This is a part time contract of 24 hours per week.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage bookings and guest queries using digital systems
  • Provide guidance on treatments, facilities, and products
  • Maintain immaculate spa and relaxation areas
  • Support therapists with operational needs
  • Prepare treatment spaces and ensure a calming environment
  • Handle payments, check-ins/outs, and admin tasks
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality aligned with brand values

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or front-of-house experience
  • Confident using booking systems and computers
  • Genuine interest in wellness or hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
