Job Responsibility

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide a high level of personalized service
  • Manage spa bookings and schedules, ensuring accurate and efficient appointment coordination
  • Handle guest inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing detailed information about treatments, services, and products
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing and transaction records
  • Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area to reflect luxury standards
  • Promote spa services and retail products, supporting sales targets and guest satisfaction
  • Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
  • Introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists and fitness instructors, etc.)
  • Ensure Golden is used at the reception and all relevant guest details are given to the Therapist

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in a similar position with a luxury hotel or resort
